DCMA
At StudentsPapa, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines our procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims related to content shared on our platform.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or reproduced on StudentsPapa in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us by submitting a written DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include the following details:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
A description of the infringing material and its location on our website (URL or other identifying information).
Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the user responsible for the content and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was a mistake.
Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed due to a DMCA claim and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed content and its original location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
Your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area (or if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction where StudentsPapa is based).
